Who is responsible
Peter Wainberg Tennis Academy (Peter Wainberg) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For any question or request about your personal information, email peterwainberg2004@hotmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone (optional), your child's age(s) or your school's name, role and approximate student count (optional), your message and your preferred language. We also record the page the form was sent from.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry about tennis classes, private lessons or the school program, and to organize the program you ask about. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with our website hosting and form providers, which may store data outside Quebec. Emails are received at a Microsoft Hotmail account.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos of students on this site are published only with written consent from a parent or guardian. If you'd like an image removed, email us and we'll take it down.
